Very cool concepts for inventory and in-game UI stuff.
Aside from some of the missing functional stuff, the monster doesn't always face you when chasing and doesn't make any noise on it's own which makes it hard to know If I should be running.
I'm digging the concept, though I have no idea how to get the tome. I like how it gets harder with time.
I would prefer better visibility, with some lighting on important objects and without pixelizing. The blue key mark on the door is hard to spot at first, and even then you can't see the color of it.
