This was quite fun, if a bit literal on the theme. I actually didn't realize my teammates could shoot until halfway into the final battle, so perhaps the player character is a bit overpowered. Loved the use of emotes!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I didn't leave myself enough time to use the theme how I wanted :P but I'm glad you got some fun out of it. Thanks again!

I really like these twin stick shooters with a more tactile approach. I also laughed at the way you incorporated  the theme. Good job!

Developer

Haha, yes my use of the theme was very creative and not at all literal ;P Thanks for playing!

Fun game! I liked the idea of assembling an army and watching them fight with another army. I wasn't sure if I completed the game or not, I just couldn't find any more red guys. The shooting felt pretty good and I liked the blood effect to show that I was actually damaging the enemies.

If you wanted to improve, I suggest having a pop-up or something to explain what the rule you are breaking actually did.

Overall, a really fun entry!

Check out my game if you get the chance!

Thanks so much for trying it out! I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of it :) I appreciate the feeback.

Yes, you completed the game :P I just didn't have time to implement a win or lose state into the game.

That's completely okay, it's better to have a complete experience missing an ending then an ending without a game.

Are you going to try and add an ending after the jam is over?

Developer(+1)

I'm not sure about an ending, but I thought about adding the ability to keep replaying the final battle without having to restart. I'll see how I feel after the jam!
