Very funny and well-written submission! Some missed potential for gaming mechanics IMHO: multiple paths to get to the squirrel, a mini-game where you try to catch it with the net, the trap sequence, e.t.c. Lots of potential there for a humorous investigation game :)
I liked this funny story! What I believe is missing is more user interactivity, the story flow is pretty linear.
