Began learning Unity 2 months ago from YouTube. I hope I can atleast complete a game.

i also have very little experience, the best thing i've ever been able to do is a triangle (no texturers) that can jump on platforms.

i did other stuff in that game but i only followed like a 5 minute tutorial

Seems like there are a lot of people like me doing their first game jam.  I've never actually made a game you can play all the way through but that's all right.  This is the perfect time to complete that goal.
