Kind of a rouge-like. Shoot slimes, die, keep trying to get stronger. Works fine but there is no ambition in it.
Very fun and polished game!
I would recommend making clear that the green slimes are friendly and you only need to shoot them once for them to drop goo.
Also would add an auto-shooting (or shooting toggle) upgrade since it gets uncomfortable to click all the time.

This seems great and want to play more, but I keep dying even though I'm collecting slime and not getting hit I don't think?
The green slimes need to stay alive. Maybe the enemies are killing them.
