Alright, this was really cute! I liked the Christmas theme and the narrative. The layout is nicely made as well.
On the gameplay - I would have to say it's a bit too much clicking.. the upgrades are expensive and don't do much. The idea is that they have to provide a relatively fast return on the investment you make to get them.
You will have to think about the progression and scaling to make this more satisfying. I liked the visuals the most.

Get ready to click! A bit of a idle + tower defense. The idle part isn't really set up very well, the scaling is far too low, so buying upgrades does so little it's not worth it. The tower side only has a single tower. My tip is to upgrade it to 0.03 shots per second, then focus on presents if you're interested in playing longer.

Hey, thanks for this feedback! I definitely wanna give the upgrades more of a kick, so after the jam, I'll be fixing the scaling to the best of my ability, as well as possibly adding more towers (I was kinda getting pressed for time T-T)

I can't download it, the build is broken

Developer

Sorry about that, I have now uploaded two new builds, one as a ZIP, like the last one, and the other as an EXE. Hopefully at least one of them should work!

Ok, it works, pretty good style, but saving don't work every time
