A quirky fun but broken experience!

Theme:

You did get the theme  down pretty well. Less art in a room, the more happy the boss and guest satisfaction!

Visuals:

3D games are always impressive for a short term jam.  However it is a dual edge sword since it makes most 3D games feel empty or sparse. Which this game was very simplistic looking. The title page was awesome! The tutorial page was a little rough with how much information there was.

Innovation:

Unique game concept, remove art from the rooms to make people happy. 

Sounds/Music:

This was an average category. Nothing really stuck out our seemed incredibly polished. But they worked for what the game was!

Overall:

So the game had many bugs. Picking up objects sometimes flung them across the room or didn't follow the player. The camera was practically broken. It lost tracking of the player multiple times, one point I even beat the game and over half the time was spent with the camera floating in random space lol. The game may have been broken and buggy, but it was incredibly fun to play to see what crazy surprise happened next! This was worth the ten minutes of playing around with!

I'm glad you put the sprint mechanic otherwise I wouldn't have saved the art from guest dissatisfaction. Also liked the photos of yourself I presume in the art gallery, made me laugh.
