Nice bloom. Beautiful bloom. I really like the idea and it's super cool that you made it in such a short time. I'd love to see you try something like this again when you have the time available to commit to it. Your style suits a tower defence game so well.
this is so good , specialy for a game made in 8hours!
It fits quite nicely with the theme. 5 stars for innovation and 5 for theme. Also, the visuals are great too. The only problems I see is that it's too easy! If you place your towers well, you become invincible. So it is a bit of city planning there. Also, sound effects would help, but it's not a big minus.
The game is super easy. I was able to put the towers on top of each other and that made it so the enmies couldnt do anything at all :D. But very nice visuals and music.
yeah, it's a shame I didn't really have time to add anything like blocked areas 😞 had I spent the whole week on it, it would've had things like that 😂 I've started putting together a post-jam version that will address issues like that.

It was definitely a bit glitchy with the flashes & such but this is an amazing game you made in such a short amount of time!!!
It's a really nice game and quite fun to play unless you have migraine like I do. Many of the enemies exploded with big bright white flash. Let's say it was a fun experience but i had to stop playing after couple of minutes.
I'm so sorry about the flashing, I didn't know about it until after the deadline 😭 it's a stupid WebGL bug I think, haven't managed to replicate it yet but quite a few people have complained. Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback!
Somehow I found this game really satisfying.
It's a bit easy, and there's not that much variety, so you'd think it would be a boring game, but the really nice art, and the really fun towers kept me playing this for a while! It might not be much of a challenge, but it's pretty fun to set up completely overpowered turret setups, and watch them absolutely wreck the enemy wave!
I love the minimalistic art, and game concept. The shrinking of of the turret radius really makes you think more about your defense.
