This is my first Game Jam and I don't know if there's rules that says I can't work alone or not?

You can join as an individual. Most games for jams are made by a single person.

U can do it alone but the main thing is  u have to do 3 X work and that is for professional

So if U are new to this game jam then U should definitely work with team
