I literally spend a whole day trying to figure out how to show tooltip by using  OnMouseEnter function. The reason why this didn't work was because the collider for cinemachine confiner blocked every colliders. I simply changed the confinercollider layer to ignoreraycast layer. Hope everyone is doing well
