Cool game but it's kind of 3 button game, I had fun and I like the graphics, good job!
Kindoff used 3 different buttons for this game. But for a very first game the idea works and is simple. Simply add some indication of what buttons I had to use and some sounds and this could be a nice first project!
I'm not sure if A and D are one button, but apart from that - a pretty cohesive game. menu works fine, no 'game-loop' issues were there to ruin the fun. About which. I'm sorry to say, It was just not that fun for me. and in my opinion you went WAAAY overboard with the bloom. I think that if improved upon, this could make a decent game.
