so far my high score is around 600 , its a fun take on the tetris type puzzle game, but kind of in reverse of touching objects, alot and fun and never in my life have i ever been happy to see a muffler hahaha

This is hard to stop playing! Crazy how after so long people can still innovate on the Tetris formula. The way you slowly learn how to play through dialogue is great.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. Glad you liked it !!

This is sick. Tetris-inspired but you made it your own. great pick up and play game

Thanks for playing =)

Wow this feels like a Tetris in a unique way! I got a score of 825 as the pile is filling up and boom, good game!
- Some minor issues where the scrap will refuse to drop at some points whenever I click

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback !! And well done with the score =)

Nice like Tetris but more realistic parts in a scrap heap, except when you connect certain volatile materials, you die. Game mechanics were  great (almost no bugs)! It would've been nice to have a tutorial and know what made things blow up (I thoughtit was only 3 connecting different glowing things that gave you a game over?). Overall, fun experience!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback !! I updated the dialogue a bit, part of the idea is for you to learn bit by bit what combinations are deadly, the red+blue+purple is a classic !

Submitted

That was a cool idea, but i didnt understand what things go together and waht not. But you made the gameplay feel like you were actually throwing heavy stuff, when letting go of the metal!

Thank you for the feedback !!

After reviewing the comments, I won with a score of 685!  It wasn't readily intuitive to me that there were certain combos of parts to avoid; I thought that any sort of electrical chain would be game over, so I had originally quit when I was getting a ton of electrical parts back to back.  Maybe just clear that up in the dialogue after the first death? Also, the large black balls were a ton of fun, but it took like 10 seconds for everything to settle so I could place another part.  I think at one point they did just never settle and I had to reload and restart.

A ton of fun though, and Gorb has my heart <3  Great job!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback !! Glad you enjoyed sz

And fuck I thought I had solved the endless bounce bug hahahaha And being clearer in the dialogue is a great advice, the more electricity without losing the bigger your score at the end - it is a hidden mechanic, but if it was more explicit should help too I think

really nice! didnt understand it at first but I did after the second play, so not really an issue. good job!

Developer

Thanks !!

really cool! took me lots of tries to realize what can be put near what but even there an unlucky combination destroyed me on my second day of work. the art is super pretty and i loved the way each item has a different weight and a different distribution of it. felt really good playing overall :)

Developer

Thank you !! Glad you stick through it =)

I like how friendly and nice the atmosphere is, even though I'm blowing myself up every time lol. Can't really figure out why everything is blowing up, but I think I did OK when I had more then 1/2 of the tank filled. Good job, it's really fun :)

Developer

Thanks for the comment !! Part of the idea was to discover little by little what you can put together and what you can not, do you have some feedback to make this mechanic clearer ?

Submitted(+1)

I see... I knew it's not completely random but couldn't find any pattern, maybe throw the player something in the dialogue like "when some colors combine they create a blast" or anything that could hint about why they explode. It could be just me though
