Hello! I'm thinking about joining this jam as a first but I'm still debating because I have school and stuff, so I would appreciate some feedback!

You can still participate even if you don't work all week 24/24 h on the jam. School and stuff is important si i would advise you to enter and make something with the free time you have. Making anything is the point of a jam, no matter how big or small it might be :)

Same right here. I say, you can join this jam, BUT, you have to prioritize on school and stuff first rather than this jam.
