This will be my first game jam and I don't have much experience posting to Itch.io so upon reviewing the Jam rules it says "Host on Itch. No links to external downloads." I use Unreal Engine 5 and build games for windows can i just submit the shipped folder as a zip on an Itch.io Downloadable project? Does this count as not being an external download? or does it have to be an HTML or Flash build?
