In what way does your game fit the theme?
You're literally stronger when you're together, how literal!

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All code and art assets were created by myself or Mario, some audio was from Kenney.nl, and the music was from Bensound.

The contrast between the menu and the game is uncanny haha.

The game is not has bugged had you implied it would be ;)

Well done making the art and sprites, they are pretty good, the game itself is fun to play.

I feel like the health is a big cheat as I never was in danger thanks to that, but I guess without it would have been way too hard ;)

However, I do not know why after messing so much with the UI, you did not put a way to go back to the menu from inside the game haha, if I need to leave the game midway I just have to shut it down by force which is not cool :/ But that is a minor point (even if I think it is major).

But anyway, Will, Mario, well done. :)

Thank you for playing, there was a menu to go back to the main menu when in the game, though we had an issue near the end of development and had to backtrack to an earlier version without that menu unfortunately, but it was still fun to make.

Nice game, it just needs a bit of polish, especially the main menu, because it one of the most deciding factors when it comes to people playing your game. Regardless, good job!

Thank you for playing and rating! Admittedly with the Main Menu and the Game Over / Victory screens I did try to make them look as tacky and as bad as possible, partly for silly reasons and partly because I miss the really old flash games.
