In what way does your game fit the theme?
Hopper is an infant and Clyde is a kangaroo. Hopper can't get around very fast so Clyde carries him in his pouch, he also has superior movement. Clyde isn't very good in a fight, but luckily Hopper has a gun.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Using the Unity engine, I coded everything from movement, to ai, to shooting, to asset management. I made all the pixel art using hexels 3. I generated the sound FX with BFXR. The only thing I didn't make is the royalty-free background music I snagged from youtube.

A little too difficult, but else a fun little game. And the story was pretty fun.

It definitely is difficult, I tried to make it the case, but I went overboard and had that "Well I can beat it type attitude".

It's a bit buggy ,but cool!!!!

Also would be cool if you checked my game :  https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/927654

It's about a virus living inside a human's body!!!!

Thank you, and yeah, there are some bugs that made it in, hopefully, as I get better with the unity engine those will disappear in future games.

Thank you.

Gave it a play after the upload, looks like something went wrong when unity built it and some of the physics don't work quite right. :/ Oh well.
