In what way does your game fit the theme?
The placement of the windows is kinda chaotic.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I made most of the items from scratch, but the Start Button and the error sound are modified versions of Windows 95's Start and Error.

Not really a game (sorry !) but it's chaotic.
A good idea and game, though it lacks in sound effects/music and an end goal.
These things would imo make the game really good.
