A good start. I can tell you put a lot of polish into this game, I just wish that it was a little more solid. It's hard to know if you're hitting anything with the sword, the control scheme is a little weird, and the character only jumps like half an inch off the ground. I think there's a good foundation here, it just needs a little more time and experience behind it.

This game feels a bit slow at first but you start to get a feel for it when you play for long enough. Some things are kind of buggy, for example it seems like the hitboxes of dead enemies linger for a bit. I wanted to continue playing but it seems like the 3rd level was impossible to beat. I couldn't jump while I was on top of the button objects. Other than that I feel like this could be a good starting point for a game, it was made in only 7 days after all.
