In what way does your game fit the theme?
Driving a digger through a town at speed trying to find and kill zombies, all the while trying not to run over the people you're trying to save.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes I wrote all of the code, and the vast majority of the assets were created from scratch. Sounds and some ground textures from the Unity asset store were used.

I teamed up with the zombies to kill the citizens myself
It's strangely satisfying isn't it, I had to do it many times in the name of testing.
I definitely am a fan of this, controls are kinda hard to get used to, but other than that Great job.
I like the speed that you chose for the digger to move. Feels like I'm flying around the map quickly, which is fun
After killing some of the zombies ... and civilians I was wondering where I needed to go then I realized there was a mini map lol. Nice work.
