If you see the rules it clearly says no nsfw content and if using an asset not made by yourself, pls do proper crediting. There are no more rules. Let your imagination do the job.
It is definitely allowed but won't recommend since every person won't have someone ready to try out jam games with them. You can however add an option of multiplayer or single if you can implement it in under 7 days
