interesting concept
It was pretty simple during all the run, and then boss just destroyed me :) That was fun :)
Gives me real binding of isaac vibes.
I feel like the hitbox were a bit unfair, but it was fun game!
An interesting concept. I like the art style of the blob-type enemies. I liked the randomisation aspect of the dungeon layouts.
The power-ups were useful, though there are some power-ups whose functionality and usage I still don't know. An explanation text after the dialogue would be helpful.
The boss needs to give some form of feedback when it is being damaged or when the attack is ineffective. For example, a health bar or a different sound effect when trying to damage the boss in a non-valid way. I tried fighting it like a standard boss, but it wasn't working even with the pill's damage-over-time effect. Then I thought it was a pacifist approach ("Making peace with yourself"), but I would repeatedly died to nothing. After viewing the game's page and learning of the game-breaking bug, my next best guess for what the solution could be is that the projectiles were meant to be reflected back at the boss.
A good idea and setting, and can definitely be further fleshed out.
I love the concept of the game with the helpful words helping empower you! Plus the different enemy animations looks very cool! Well done!
