We'll take it! XD

We woulda loved to add more into it to make more sense of everything but that's what game jams are XD!

Glad you reached the ending!

I should have read the instructions first. Eventually, I did read them and was able to complete the game. The following is not a complaint about the game, just an experience I had not reading instructions.

I didn't know about the left-click attack, so at the first boss, I managed to get him to follow me to an opening in the area, I pushed him through. He disappeared. I thought he was dead, nope, he popped back up like an Evil Dead deadite. I dropped him again, he's gone. I think, OK, maybe I had to get him twice, nope he popped back up! At some point I read the instructions.

My only suggestion would be to allow more time to see the after-boss images. I think I saw the first two for less than a second each.

Thank you for giving your take on our game! To be fair, we added the horror element last second but if we did have the time, we would've added more to those moments/transitions to further their reasoning and so on. If we had the time, we woulda dabbled into adding more to those image transitions like sounds, longer duration and so on!

A little behind the scenes to those images as well which is they also helped mask the instant transition from stage to stage. Lore wise though, it does have significance to a storyline we unfortunately, didn't have time to add in to tell our story. We're ok with this and submitting it like this for now because it leaves the story to be filled in by the imagination!

I love the way you detailed your experience on the boss reappearing by the way. Gave me a good chuckle!
