the art direction was super interesting!
I like the minimal art style reminds me of cave story or undertale, The menu static effect is also nice and I like the music as well.
Part of the art direction gave off a Hugo's house of horror's vibe and I liked that! I ended up trying to collect all the spiders :)
Haha. It was supposed to be more sticky than this and there was supposed to be a really gross boss in the end. Thanks for playing :)
Okay. This our first jam and we have failed miserably. At least we got a bunch of valuable lessons out of it. See ya guys next jam and by then, we can hopefully make a decent game.
Working through a jam is where the true value comes from, not the game itself. Your lessons were hard-won and honestly earned, and you should feel great about that fact!
