From a TTRPG perspective, this is fantastic - i see the RP potential, and the success/failure system seems fun and straightfoward.

From a "i just met you perspective" this seems like a great way to piss people off who just wanted you to have their contact info, lol.

Regardless of the real world results, I like this a lot.
