For anyone who can’t find the game’s source materials… you can access them online through either the actual game page or the README that was included in the download folder. Either link will take you to the GitHub repo I created.
The theme is in the aesthetic of the game. I was going for a classic 8-bit style while making it, where the main character is a pixelated umbrella catching little bits of rain here and there. Sure… it doesn’t follow the strict definition of the term bitwise, but considering how widely open-ended jam themes tend to be I figured this was the twist I’d add in my submission.
Edit: I’ll make my own separate comment to clarify where the game’s source material is :)
