I'm not the most experienced coder, especially when it comes to Unity, so there's a good chance I'll need to follow coding tutorials to have any idea how to do something. Is this allowed, and if so, to what degree?
You can use the tutorials and follow along, while also hopefully understanding the code you write ;)
If the tutorial has the resulting files in the description as a download or github link, you are not allowed to download those into your project. You need to write the code yourself and that's also how you learn the most!
