Theoretical question

With a theme like "The Game Is A Liar", do you technically have to make a game? Could you theoretically get by on a technicality? I'd give an example but I don't really know how to word it to where my idea is included but not given away. Heck, even this gives away a bit more than I'd like

You can´t ask a question but not tell us the question...

Alright, fair enough. The best way I can describe it is you make a song and call it "Best Game". Title screen consists of "Best Game" and a play button. Ya hit play, the song starts and that's it. Could something like that technically count?

I don't see why that wouldn't "count", but I wouldn't expect to win any awards with that

yeah, there is already a Half Life 3 game in which you press the play button and you get rickrolled
