I'm currently doing all the programming on the game and it's really making us slow, I need some help.

If no one can help and you are being stretched thin remember less is more.  Focus on the core mechanic.  Simplify your whole game down to  making just that part awesome.  That might mean stripping out other features, at least for now.

Just make the core mechanic work and base everything else on it
