Do they mean my entire project folder? I uploaded that and their site still isn't happy with me. I don't see any .unity3d file inside. Are they talking about the .unity scene files? I uploaded my scene and they still are saying they need the game's unity3D file. What is that?

Did you set the program type to unity? This setting is only for unity web applications from unity 5.x and smaller
