The terms say that you can't use assets specifically for GameJam. Does that mean I can't use AI for voice acting? Or add a couple of 3D custom models?

"Premade assets (e.g., art, shaders, music, etc.) are allowed as long as you have the right to use them and were not specifically made for the jam. "

You can use your assets with rights. AI voiceovers, too.
