If we say that a character is just a stock image/meme (like an old man stock image) in-game and will it be considered alive?

Depends on whether an alive character is depicted ¯_(ツ)_/¯ If we take a photo of a zombie character for Halloween, we can say that it is a real zombie in a game. Or we can use a robot image. Or something else (: But if it is a regular person, then we depict a living character.
