Your Entry Must follow these Criteria to be a valid submission:

Do

  • If your entry contains adult content, remember to mark your Entry as Adult on your game page.

  • While it's not strictly necessary, aim to keep your game in an overall dark setting, such as: constant night time, dimmed lighting, high cloud clover / rain / fog in the day, dark mode UI elements etc. As long as it's not overly blinding, it’s good!

  • If you think your entry may be particularly triggering or disturbing, I’d suggest mentioning it in the description. The actual line in the sand on what is or is not disturbing differs by individual. Who says you can’t be Comfy AND Creepy? Everyone has different tolerance levels and triggers. Please keep this in mind.

Don’t:

  • Do NOT, include extreme elements that may be attributed to Horror games that are intended to be highly disturbing or add shock value. For example: Jump scares, Excessive Unexpected Erratic movement, Gore / Body Horror.
