This was really bittersweet. I enjoyed the narrative framing device of a dying mmo (i wish i'd known about the jam!! haha), there are several aspects that I found relatable because of this.
The UI is clever, and the music is effective, they both do exactly the job they need to. The character voices all feel authentic and easily differentiate themselves from one another which I thought was a real strength.
Given the subject matter, I thought I'd start out by addressing the world chat, rather than the DMs, to see how things might play out but quickly found myself drawn into the relationship by shewolf87's voice - which speaks to the strength of the writing.
There were a couple of instances where shewolf87s dialogue flashed up as the protag's dialogue colour (I'll try and find and update with comment) but this didn't take me out of the experience in any meaningful way!
