Is there a max on how many games I can make? If I had a team of 3 would it be better to make 3 games?
better to make one game and make it the best. Only one game will win. Making more games will have no advantage. You'll split your teams' time.

use a random wheel and put your best ideas in it to determine your idea

If you have multiple game ideas that you think are equally good I'd go with the one you think is the most original and least likely to be done by other people
