ever since moving to linux, i havent been able to scratch the particular itch left behind by mspaint. every other program "like" mspaint for my platform either had layers, or overlays, or fancy tools that(, while useful for art, don't get me wrong!) didn't do it for me. Wigglypaint is delightful, with only a handful of tools, a tiny swath of colours, and a small canvas to work with. it satisfies that craving for limitations that mspaint used to sate, and every time i draw with wigglypaint its always been a blast.
plus, it's wiggly!
