The Woodworks is a Managment/Building game in which you harvest, process, sell wood.

Day 1: Simple Map Generation


Day 2-4: Added Building, basic GUI, Building Functionality and Transportlines

Day 5

-Added elevation to the Map-Generation

-Changed the side of the voxels to dirt

-Added the Ability to sell stuff and money


-Started modelling the first Building


Day 6-7

Nothing due to personal life

Day 8

-Changed the Textures of the tile

-Finished modelling and texturing of the Sawmill

Day 9

-Worked on Water Graphics for future water tiles


Day 10

-Made the Wave on the Water more visible and played around with ways of mixing up the waves


Day 11

-Finished the Water-tile

-Added water to the world generation and removed elevation

-Changed the tree model


-Added camera controls

Day 12-15

-unsuccusfully tried to change to a hexagonal grid

Day 16

-Add road and road-building

-Change truck-pahtfinding, so they only travel on road


Day 17

-Major UI Overhaul:

    -Changed from Unity GUI to UI

     -Gave the buttons actually names

      -changed button position

-Changed wave color to a darker blue

-Optimized the pathfinding a tiny bit

-Changed the road texture from cobblestone to something more akin to an actual road

-Made the water transparent


Day 19-20

-Added a combo system, which scales the facillity production by the amount of adjacent facillities.
