Theme
Post Jam version : https://garazbolg.itch.io/farmers-life-post-jam?secret=O6SE4G0flJmMlIFL6AmyLEiQ

Genre : Survival Roguelike Farming

/!\ WARNING : Due to lack of playtest with the latest build, you need to harvest you first tree before noon or you'll die of hunger, and so will your child !

You play a farmer that uses their apple trees to grow food, and to protect against werewolves.
Those tree use time to grow. For now there is only apple trees, but they were suppose to have different ones with different stats an behavior.
On the nights of a full moon werewolves come from the forest to attack the house.

“Hard times create strong men, strong man create good times, good times create weak men, weak men create hard times.” meme

Your farmer can die of old age or of hunger. Fortunately he procreates (implicit) as well. When you die you select an heir to you farm.

Depending on the amount of food you have at the birth of the child, he can be strong or weaker (speed, selfishness). Unfortunately not implemented yet so you'll have to imagine.

Seasonal cycles : Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter
Day/Night cycle : Sun, and sleep cycle
Lunar cycles : Full moon => werewolves
Life/Death cycle : roguelike element

HOW TO PLAY : Click on a hole to plant a tree, click on a tree to harvest it.

I love it! you have a great combination of music and artwork. I played the old and new version, I wasn't too sure about the wolfs as an enemy, until the new version, they where scary indeed! .The mechanic is cool, I would love to "see" how my babies are doing. I would also like more plants (for example, one that grow slow but produce lots of food, one that gave you seeds more seeds but it's fragile...). Great job!

Thank you ! Glad you liked it.
Having more plants was the intention at the start, code wise everything is setup for it. Just need to make the art and design how to switch the plant you're trying to plant (UI and Input)

If you want to look into it : https://github.com/mio991/ECJam in the Unity branch
