It's confusing as heck. ye.
If there's a game here, it didn't work for me. It doesn't seem to respond to any input at all. Tried clicking around and mashing random keys. Same in Waterfox Classic 2020.07 (which I'd expect things to break in) and Chrome 84.0.4147.105, Windows 10 64-bit version 1909.
I managed to open the sources (because it's Scratch), and yeah, it's so confusing that you're never gonna figure it out (I wouldn't too). Perhaps the dev can provide some spoilers if they decide so
