The ending was epic indeed!
Better than DOOM eternal anyday, i mean, it closes the program for you when it crashes. which other game does this for you? GG
I love old shooters and this one carried a lot of charm for me because of that. The announcer reminded me of the Black Mesa Hazard Course (and her dialogue mocked some pretty common tropes of the day), and the gun sound is straight out of DOOM. The ending was also amazing.
Did you use some kind of shader to make the game world look paletted or is it part of the textures themselves?

The game is amazing, beautiful graphics, sounds and gameplay, The Last of Us is sh*t compared to this.
