I guess I might spend some time digging into it (I hope there's something to dig actually tho).
The CSS stuff was easy to fix, but the cyphers are harder. I bruteforced a key to one part of it but dunno about the others.
The puzzle to this game is to figure out how to play it
(Hint: it requires HTML + CSS skills, cryptography, and 189 IQ)
I thought it broke my browser before I realized what (I'm pretty sure) is going on.
