I want to do something that isn't Mario, so I might remake something like my favorite platformer game Geometry Dash. I'm experienced with making GD clones.
Probably a GD clone (maybe remaking Blast Processing) with a special mechanic, like being able to switch into an alternate reality
GD is a platformer so you’re still literally making a platformer so go for it!
