I might add that some visual reaction to taking damage would add a lot to the feel :)
gamecoder95 thanks for the feedback, after the submission we added this ticket on the sprite rework, it's needed here and there ^^ any help menu will be filled for sure, just need the time to get there
liamsorta i would love to add one later, exams stole most of my time on this one, only worked like 24 hours or so on it, including drawing.

A basic AI would be great here, though from what I tested out, the movement felt great! Always nice to see controller support in jams for sure
Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this much because I didn't have a player two with me lol, so I can only give feedback on the visuals and aesthetics. The soundtrack is good, and the graphics and animations as well. The concept of trying to punch the other guy to reduce your own health is great and very original. I would recommend: making the background a bit lighter, and putting content in the "Help" menu (it was empty when I clicked it lol). Great work man!

I played jt with my little brother and we've found it funny, but players doesn't have enought life and the fight end quickly ! But it's really good, congratulation for music and graphics art !

I don't know if it's because my AZERTY keyboard, but I can't play ! Input doesn't work and I can't go further than the intro dialog...
it's a pity because your game seems to be very well worked, already the audio of the beginning speech is such a cool thing !
