Theme interpretation
The theme "secrets" shaped our game entirely. It inspired us to create a mysterious dark library where the player starts with no knowledge of their background or surroundings. The gameplay revolves around uncovering secrets hidden within books scattered throughout the library. Each book reveals pieces of the story, leading the player to discover the truth and complete the game. This approach allows the theme to drive both the narrative and the player's progression.

The atmosphere is really well done. Those shadow enemies gave me quite a scare... I definitely didn’t expect them! I would’ve liked the game to pause while reading the books, so I could enjoy the lore without getting killed. Some parts of the environment are a bit too dark, making it hard to see, but it didn’t stop me from progressing or enjoying the game. Great job overall!
