Good job yall! The core gameplay is very unique and I really love the art; the colors are very pleasing and the overall shapes are very simple and nice to look at. It took some getting used to the falling and grappling, though I was able to mostly get the hang of it which was really satisfying! Thanks for joining the jam!
Great job yall! I love the differing mechanics of each level, and how the final level builds suspense with a bunch of long hallways. Also, great use of color to give each level a theme while building the game with minimal art assets! ALSO I LOVE the main character's design and animations she's great. Thanks for joining the jam yall!
This would be an absolutely CRAZY mobile game yall, if you could like control it by tilting your phone around. That would be so cool. Great game yall, thanks for joining the jam!
This game is super cool! The perspective of it plus the cool graphics and music make it really easy to enter a sort of trance while playing it haha. The movement is fairly satisfying as well; I think it could be improved by maybe adding some sort of drop shadow below the player, which you could use to orient yourself while falling. There were a few times where I missed coins that I thought I was on top of, when I was actually below them for example. Overall great job, thanks for joining the jam man!
Just played through the whole game, great job yall! It's really fun; the whole wiggling around and jumping mechanic is just so involving, and the upgrades provide a nice sense of progression. I'd be curious to see if this could be expanded into a bigger game (idea: maybe upgrades could be placed in the level itself, so you have to specifically platform over to a certain area to get an upgrade instead of retrying repeatedly for more points). Also RIP Parker he was a brave fellow
Great job yall! I love the art in this game, and the core acorn shooting mechanic is satisfying and stress-inducing (in a good way). There were a few times when clicking and dragging to shoot the acorn didn't seem to work? I'm not sure why that is, but anyway I just wanted to mention that. Again thanks for joining the jam yall!
Good job yall! The art in this game is very striking and cool with its grayscale + mild amounts of color. The story is interesting as well, and the ending was wild. Thanks for jammin!
Great game yall! I love the art and the core mechanic of timing your sword right to bounce off of hazards. One thing I'd say is, those mushroom looking things looked non-hostile to me at first, and I thought they were jump pads or something, instead of things that damaged you; maybe those could be a bit more clear. Also big ups to Spooky Scary Skeletons
