Haha, fun little game. The only thing missing was a win/victory screen, I changed everyone but nothing happened.

Hehehe, everyone thought it was a good idea to wall the city, until one zombie managed to break in :D. I liked the animations and the zombie AI.
One thing I noticed is that left click starts the attack animation from the beginning, even if the zombie is already playing an attack animation. Also, there is some Z-fighting with the road and the sidewalks, you could fix that by moving the sidewalk plane slightly up.
As someone who knows how hard it is to make a game in a few days while having a toddler around, very good job! Keep at it :D!
Edit: I really wanted to kill the priest, would he turn into a zombie? A demon perhaps?

The zombie Apocalypse begins! Solid mechanics and nice work having an inside and outside area. When I realized the AI would start attacking, I strategically attacked the NPCs. The priest and the sound effects made me laugh :D Is it possible to win at the moment? I think everyone became a zombie but nothing happened?
