Hi, I'm a programmer with 10 years experience (3 professionally) looking to join up with a casual team. I have no problems working with beginners or first-timers. If anything, I'd welcome it. I am definitely not a capable artist, so I will be needing one of those gloriously talented folks to assist me lest my glorious developer-art make it into the final build (trust me, nobody wants that). :D
