I'm a bit late to the comment party, but I just wanted to congratulate you on making a fun game to this jam. I really enjoyed it. I especially liked how smooth the controls were.

Interesting mechanic to put shards to change dimensions! Although i kept dying not knowing why and that was the spikes that are hardly distinguishable.

This was such a fun concept! I really liked the idea of having to jump between dimensions to make it to the end. I agree that the controls could use a bit of tweaking and it'd help to have some kind of background music to get the player more pumped up while playing.

Also, not sure if this was a weird bug but for some reason my character kept dying back to back until I ran out of lives. To be more specific, something killed me near the flag and then when I respawned I immediately died again (and again) until it was game over.

Overall, this was well done! Great job!

1. I like the idea
2. I have too agree that the controlls are very floaty and therefore slow down your game
3. I like to always have a visual aid where I can orient myself with hiddenplatforms because like this you have to remember where stuff is while climbing and avoiding obstacles or catching a lift and then I'm at the top thinking "ok that will switch me back but I have no idea where I have to be next" and if you guess wrong you start again...
but your game is not that far removed from mine - give it a go!

Clever idea! Not really my go-to game (I'm not a huge fan of puzzle platformers) but that's a me problem, not a you problem! Only thing I would say is the character control feels quite floaty and loose, but otherwise, well done!
