Hello! 👋

🎮 Overall: Great submission, it felt like it had everything decently implemented.

😄 Fun: The concept was simple yet engaging, providing an enjoyable experience.

🛴 Theme: I did not see the theme clearly implemented, unless it was like last life or last ship.

🎨 Aesthetics: The art was lacking but acceptable for a solo dev; more artistic polish would go a long way.

🎶 Music: The music was a bit odd for the game style and setting but didn't detract from the experience.

🔊 Sound: The SFX for shooting, getting hit, and other actions were well done and added to the immersion.

⚙️ Mechanics: The mechanics were smooth overall, with good VFX and screen shakes enhancing the gameplay.

📖 Story: I did not see any story elements implemented.

Great job on the submission! 👏

Great job making all the art! That's a lot of work. When you have less time to work on the gameplay, I think its beneficial to go for easy wins through polish like screen shake, extra SFX, enemy death anims, etc.. I like that the enemies move in interesting angles. Good choice of music, too. Player and enemy movement speed feel nice.

The art and effects are awesome. It would be more interesting if different ships had unique bullets or patterns of shooting. With them shooting at the same time, I sometimes found it hard to hit them without getting hit myself. Great job though!

Good job! Your art looks great! Simple but cohesive. I quite enjoyed though it seems I'm no longer any good at space shooters.
