good idea, but lack a goal for the player, for example, when the objective is don't jump you may add a path that if the player reached without jumping he receives a score or something, overall good game
This game reminded me of Simon Says, but I believe it would be even more exciting if you applied these rules to a game like Subway Surfers.
Imagine the gameplay this way: You won't be able to jump until "Simon says you can't jump." Additionally, you'll face a challenge where, if you encounter an obstacle, jumping over it will result in your character dying, but successfully going under the obstacle will allow you to survive.

always try to come up with the idea on the first day
even if it takes you the full day it'll be a million times better than a game with a bad idea but good execution
