I understand what's happening but why does the education is better than electricity? OR the opposite.. Or whatever I don't even know...
You (the developer) obviously the one who have the choice.. You know what I mean.

A really thoughtful game! Cool sprites and lovely sounds!
The idea is really good but I feel like it needs some additional features/mechanics to avoid having the random choices control the fun factor for players. As a player, I need to feel in control of my own fate rather than be at the mercy of pure luck. Would love to play the next version!

اللعبة ظريفة جدا
فكرة الانتخابات وكيف أنها ترفع ضغط القطط حتى الموت، والاختيار عن طريق البحث عن ما قد يخفف ضغطهم. لكن ليست كل الوعود صادقه، بعضهم وعودهم كاذبة صحيح؟
ولاحظت أيضا أن الوعود عندما يكون عندنا نقص شديد في شيء تكون في غيره، المفروض يكون هو على رأس الوعود.

Loved the graphics, really nice animations and art style :D I also really liked the idea behind the game and the usage of the theme. The game reminded me of Reigns somehow (binary choice affecting pillars of society I guess).
My one pet peeve with the game is the truthfulness mechanic, as it felt too random and if the cat that was lying had the element I needed to improve, then I was screwed and I really didn't have a choice...
I realize that without the truthfulness mechanic it would have been a pretty straightforward game (raise the bar you have the least of probably), but right now it just feels like a dice roll more than anything, so perhaps another mechanic needs to be introduced.
That said this is a very minor pet peeve, and this is wonderful for the time frame and for the theme.

i wonder if compound elements would have been better mechanic? Instead of x against y it's x,y,z against w,n for example
As for animation, I love how only moving the tail and mouth makes the whole cat come to life
It's weird and that's always a good thing:)
I remember in the middle of brain storming thinking what choices do cats/non humans have to make, wouldnt it be more fun if the choices were relevant to cats? Instead of education you have a candidate supporting mice meet over fish....and so on
I'm not sure I like the randomness factor,weather a candidate is truthful or not, doesn't it take away from the whole "make a choice" thing, why did you guys go for that?
How high of a level did you guys get? I got to 8th
